Where does it come out?

Old stones Project is a project of research and performance. It develops from the interest of Elisa Spagone and some collaborators for history, culture, tradition and myth. After a long sociological research, observing our present time, who we are and how we are evolving as human beings. Llook at the past, in order to better understand and feel the present moment. Old stones, ancient stones, leads to the alchemical language, where stone rapresents perfection and spiritual integrity, as well as the self released. From this subject she starts aher research through the creative act, trying to observe and discover an inner self which rapresents our inner being.

The stone is the symbol of a man in which the awakening of consciousness happens . We mention in this regard one of the ‘old stones’ that have influenced and inspired this project:

Annick de Souzenelle said: “The person whose conscience is born, is a living stone…The stones are able to remember themselves…”.

Proposals and Objectives:

Key points are:

1. Find a common story, which contains archetypes,  where everyone today could recognize themselves and to think about.
2. Give importance to union between different cultures and generation, through the dance theatre sharing.
